All swimmers will be asked to opt in if available to swim; line ups typically announced the Friday before the meet at morning practice, then emailed out to all. |

All available swimmers expected to participate in this mock swim meet - no opponent, but a wonderful opportunity for new swimmers to experience the starting sequence of a meet. Coaches use this meet to determine entry times for subsequent meets. Participating swimmers should expect to swim all events for which they have a legal stroke (freestyle and backstroke for nearly all, breaststroke and butterfly for those who have learned all four strokes). |
