First MCSL competitive swim meet of the season. Top swimmers selected by the coaches are asked to represent OGC at the Saturday meets based on times and performance during practices. All swimmers will be asked to opt in if available to swim; line ups typically announced the Friday before the meet at morning practice, then emailed out to all. |

All available swimmers expected to participate in this mock swim meet - no opponent, but a wonderful opportunity for new swimmers to experience the starting sequence of a meet. Coaches use this meet to determine entry times for subsequent meets. Participating swimmers should expect to swim all events for which they have a legal stroke (freestyle and backstroke for nearly all, breaststroke and butterfly for those who have learned all four strokes). |

The OGC summer 2023 youth swim & dive season will begin with practices on Tuesday, May 30th! Practices are conducted in the afternoons until MCPS releases for the summer, at which point practices are offered in the mornings and afternoons. |
