THE 10th Annual Kings Dominion Trip will be July 15th.  We will depart OGC at 7:45AM and return to the parking lot at 8:00 PM. The trip is open to any swim or dive family member including siblings. Kids age 13 or older can be in groups together, but any child under age 13 (Swim/Dive team date) will need to have a chaperone for their group, unless all parents of an "under age" group/person notifies me in advance. We will have one 56 seat charter bus for this trip so first come, first served. The trip is expected tocost $75 per person for a ticket and bus ride, with discounts provided to families of 4 or more. You may drive separately AFTER the bus is full, but if you wish to get the group ticket discount, you must follow the bus down. I can assist with getting groups together, but will not be responsible for finding a chaperone for your child if he/she is under 13 and a parent can not attend. We will have one mandatory check-in time for everyone to take a head count at 1PM. The bus will be available for a group lunch for those wishing to pack something from home. Drinks will be provided for lunch. To confirm your desire to participate in this trip, please: 1) Email Doug Whitescarver at [email protected] with the # attending from your family including the names and ages of the kids and a home or cell phone to contact you if necessary 2) Mail or hand me a check for the amount per person attending once I finalize the cost or give to Eric and follow up by email. 3) Mail or hand me the bus trip/medical release form attached. I will need your check and waiver(s) no later than Friday, July 12th; but prefer them earlier. When the bus fills, you will need to drive yourself.
