The coaches from Tollefson swimming will come to OGC on Sunday, July 14, 9:30 am-10:30 am and offer a free clinic. The clinic will be taught to swimmers’ ability but will focus on teaching and perfecting techniques of breaststroke and butterfly.

Participating swimmers must be able to swim freestyle and backstroke a full length of the pool (no pre teamers or beginners; however, Tollefson does offer beginner lessons throughout the year – I’m happy to answer questions or connect you to Henry Tollefson if you’re interested).

It’s a great opportunity for summer swimmers to learn additional skills and for interested families to meet some Tollefson coaches and lean about their year-round swimming programs. More about their programs can be found on the Tollefson website: https://tollefsonswimming.com/.
